I have announced two new public classes for DevExpress technology for 2012 - well, at least for the first few months. They both take place at the well-known venue in Bad Ems, Germany, but they’re both targeted at an international audience and it’s very likely they’ll be held in English! (That’s unless only German attendees should be there.)

Here you go (click the links for all the details):

Expert DXperience ASP.NET - March 1-2 2012 (2 days) - Early bird pricing available until February 1st 2012!

Expert DXperience WinForms - April 25-27 2012 (3 days) - Early bird pricing available until March 14 2012!

Happy New Year!

This is weird… I had entirely forgotten about putting up the slides and samples from last week’s BASTA! 2011 conference - because I was completely convinced I had already done so! I had some trouble getting proper internet connectivity in the days following the event, and I abandoned several attempts to upload the files to my server, and then somehow my mind auto-applied a great big DONE to the task. I apologize for the delay.

BASTA! was a great event again – larger than ever, apparently – and here’s a thank you to those of you who made it to one of my talks. Like I said during my presentations, if you have any thoughts you’d like to discuss, or questions of any kind, send me email!

Here are the files with slides and samples now:

Pragmatic Architecture Workshop (these include the concept document as created during the workshop, as well as the slide changes made there)

Async in C# 5.0

Expression Trees

I had some trouble getting proper internet connectivity in the days following the event, and I abandoned several attempts to upload the files to my server, and then somehow my mind auto-applied a great big DONE to the task.

On September 29, I’ll be in Braunschweig, Germany, to deliver a talk called Pragmatic Architecture. This is a short version of my popular workshop, which I’m currently doing at various conferences in Europe. Unfortunately for my English language readers, the talk will be in German - but you may be able to see the whole thing in English at this year’s Software Architect conference in London!

Here are the infos about the event in Braunschweig. I hope to see you there! Thanks to the user group organizers and to INETA Europe for making this happen!
